about me
My name is Joaquín Holland, I'm 20 years old and currently studying for my bachelor’s degree in economics at UCD. I joined my local boxing gym when I was 13, and it has honestly been the best decision I’ve ever made.
I hold an undefeated record as a fighter, but after dealing with a series of injuries, I’ve decided to focus on helping others discover boxing. Over the past three years, I’ve taught more than 60 clients how to box and have watched them transform—not just in skill and fitness, but in confidence.
I genuinely love teaching people how to box, and I think that’s what makes my style of training stand out. You’re basically paying me to do what I enjoy most, which is why I’m so motivated to help you succeed.
Please message me if you have any other questions—I’m more than happy to talk or answer any questions!
mission
Combat sports have been an incredible experience for me, and I believe everyone should have the opportunity to at least give them a try. They are an invaluable skill—not only for their powerful fitness benefits but also for the confidence that comes from knowing you can defend yourself in any given situation if needed.
The hardest part of learning to box is simply starting.
So, my approach is to make it as accessible as possible offering in-house service, 0 upfront cost, and training customized to your specific needs. I aim to remove every barrier that might keep you from trying to learn. Once you just start, you’ll be amazed at the progress you make in just the first 2 weeks alone.
