Guidelines for Training Under 18
I’m committed to making training safe, supportive, and effective—especially for younger boxers. This is why I focus on providing a welcoming environment for teens and young adults to learn and grow.
Parental Consent & First Session
For clients under 18, a signed consent form from a parent or guardian is required, and I encourage parents to attend the first session to discuss goals and safety measures.Personalized, Age-Appropriate Training
Each program is customized to suit the client’s age, fitness level, and experience. I focus on building skills, confidence, and fitness, introducing more advanced techniques only as they are ready.Safety & Supervision
Safety is my priority. I provide close supervision and require all necessary safety gear during training to minimize any risk.Trial Period & Flexible Refund Policy
To make it easier for parents, I offer a flexible trial period with a 100% refund if my training style doesn’t feel like the right fit.Open Communication
I’m here to keep you informed. Parents will receive regular updates on progress, and I’m always just a message away if you have any questions or need support: Contact
My safeguarding certificate
A safeguarding certificate confirms that a trainer is qualified to ensure a safe, supportive environment for all clients, especially minors. It includes training on recognizing risks and protecting client well-being.
