Guidelines for Training Under 18

I’m committed to making training safe, supportive, and effective—especially for younger boxers. This is why I focus on providing a welcoming environment for teens and young adults to learn and grow.

  1. Parental Consent & First Session
For clients under 18, a signed consent form from a parent or guardian is required, and I encourage parents to attend the first session to discuss goals and safety measures.

  2. Personalized, Age-Appropriate Training
Each program is customized to suit the client’s age, fitness level, and experience. I focus on building skills, confidence, and fitness, introducing more advanced techniques only as they are ready.

  3. Safety & Supervision
Safety is my priority. I provide close supervision and require all necessary safety gear during training to minimize any risk.

  4. Trial Period & Flexible Refund Policy
To make it easier for parents, I offer a flexible trial period with a 100% refund if my training style doesn’t feel like the right fit.

  5. Open Communication
I’m here to keep you informed. Parents will receive regular updates on progress, and I’m always just a message away if you have any questions or need support: Contact
